Ruy Castelan is a Senior Consultant at Vanto Group, a global consulting firm specializing in creating organizational alignment and developing high-performance teams.

He brings more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale organizational transformation projects for clients in North and Latin America.

Prior to joining Vanto Group, Ruy held executive positions in the areas of negotiations, production planning, sales, and marketing. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
